Digital Inclusion
Program

The Digital Inclusion program (led by Melinda Broncheau, pictured below) is the result of a $380,369 funding award from the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) to advance the Umatilla Indian Reservation towards digital equity and inclusion. According to the NDIA: “Digital navigators are trusted guides who assist community members in internet adoption and the use of computing devices. Digital navigation services include ongoing one-on-one assistance with affordable internet access, device acquisition, technical skills, and application support.”
